Advanced SLS Technology

SinterX combines precision laser technology, intelligent thermal management, and automated powder handling to deliver industrial-grade selective laser sintering in a compact, accessible system.

How Laser Sintering Works

Selective Laser Sintering uses a high-powered laser to fuse thermoplastic powder particles into solid three-dimensional parts, layer by layer.

1

Powder Layer Distribution

A thin layer of thermoplastic powder (typically 0.1mm) is evenly distributed across the build platform using a precision roller system.

2

Laser Sintering

The high-powered laser, guided by precision galvanometers, selectively fuses powder particles according to the digital design, creating a solid cross-section.

3

Thermal Management

Advanced thermal imaging monitors temperature across the build chamber, ensuring optimal sintering conditions throughout the process.

4

Layer Repetition

The platform lowers, a new powder layer is distributed, and the process repeats until the part is complete, building layer by layer.
